Details for promotional offerings for the

Winter 2025 Booking Season

In all cases, a "reservation" is considered to be the receipt of a non-refundable wedding photography services retainer of $1000 (or 30% of wedding packages booked at over $5000 before taxes), by the deadline specified, along with a binding "Wedding Photography Retainer Contract" OR complete wedding contract. This combination of paid retainer and either completed contract reserves your wedding date, and qualifies you for the promotions if received by the posted deadlines. If a "Retainer Contract" is used, then a full standard contract will follow and will complete the actual wedding reservation.

All posted deadlines are considered firm and without exception, unless otherwise indicated in writing from Sightlines Photography.

"Free Mini-Engagement Session" - see lifestyle.sightlinesphoto.ca/weddingshow for full details and booking procedures. The ability to book these sessions may expire at any time, without notice. Available time slots are limited, and may or may not be available outside of the advertised dates. 

"$350 off Big Day & Beyond" or "$250 off Dressing to Dancing" etc  promotions - all ‘discount’ promotions listed with same wording

• Only applies for weddings booked with Sightlines Photography

• Wedding must be reserved, as described above, by midnight on the date indicated. These deadlines are firm.

• The amount will be discounted from the indicated package, and only these packages.

• The ‘print credit’ included in the packages as posted on the website, will be changed to the print credit shown in the promo.

  • Eg., the “Big Day and Beyond” package includes a $400 printing credit, and if the promo shown on the card applies as shown the print credit is replace by an $600 credit, OR will be replace by a $500 credit according to the dates.

  • Eg., the ”Dressing to Dinner” package does not normally have a print credit, but if the promo shown on the above card applies as shown, the package will have a $200 print credit (or $100 according to the dates)

  • The amounts are NOT cumulative - the amounts shown on the promo card replace those shown on the packages posted on the website.

• No cash value; non-transferrable, cannot be applied to any other package, custom packages, or add-on options, or any other service provided by Sightlines Photography, though Sightlines Photography may provide a similar promotional offer on a custom package.

"Bridal Boudoir Session" promotion

• Only applies for weddings booked with Sightlines Photography.

• Can be used for either a standalone session, or for a wedding-day add-on mini boudoir session

• Covers the session fee portion of our advertised boudoir session, and the digital file set listed as “Mini Social Sharing Image Set” (20 images, client’s choice). Does not include hair & makeup styling fees, external location fees, prints, albums, or other items beyond the session fee and digital file set. Upgrade to the full Social Sharing Image Set (all images produced from the session) is $95 plus taxes, or this is waived with the purchase of any album, or any mounted print (canvas or plaque mount).

• Session to take place in our own studio, or in your home location, or some other locations not requiring rental fees may be considered - such as an outdoor or unique location. If another location is preferred that requires booking or rental fees, such as a rental studio, hotel room, etc., the location MUST be approved by the photographer as a photographically suitable location, and these fees are the responsibility of the client and not included in this promotion.

• Transfer to a type of session other than a boudoir session, such as a family, maternity, newborn, or similar, may be possible - contact us for details.

• Transfer to another client - such as gifting it to your maid of honour, close friend, or family member, may be possible - contact us for details!
